How to Access:
The Notifiable Diseases template can be found from the Infections template or, with the Patient record retrieved, in the lower left hand corner there is a search bar, type in ‘Notifiable Diseases NOID – CDRC’ and select the following template:
Alternatively, press F12 and type in ‘Notifiable Diseases NOID – CDRC’ in the search bar, this will return the aforementioned template.
There are also links from some of the specific disease templates.
This template can also be found within the Infections template, and has links from some of the specific disease templates.
Notifiable Disease Template
The template shows the relevant diseases with links to PHE resources and a button to create a pre-populated notification form.
