A suite of Population Reporting searches for EMIS, created by the CDRC can be used identify patients in your practice with specific Infections. In addition, Population Reporting Searches are available to help support the response to the coronavirus pandemic.
Accessing the Population Reporting Searches:
To access the CDRC Infections Population Reporting Searches on EMIS, you will need to download and import the following .zip file:

Guidance on the Population Reporting Searches:
Included in this Resource File is the Blood Bourne Virus Resource File. This file contains specific BBV searches which identify patients for:
- Hepatitis B Testing
- Hepatitis C Testing
- HIV Testing
In the primary CDRC Quality Infections Resource File, there are searches available to support you in identifying:
- Patients who may need to be shielded from COVID-19 but not yet identified
- Patients on the shielded list who may not need to shield from COVID-19
- Patients for use in Oximetry@home
- Patients who currently, or have ever had Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C
- Patients who are HIV positive
