We would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday 7th October for a demonstration of CDRC, and to find out how the resources can support you and your team.
The AHSN NENC are providing an opportunity to bring together like minded individuals by holding a live demonstration of the Clinical Digital Resource Collaborative (CDRC) and we are hoping that you can attend. The focus will be on identifying patients by optimising lipid management including FH and PCSK9i.
