How can CDRC Precision help you?

Proactively manage patients’ health with personalised care and improve health and wellbeing.
Quickly identify patients who are likely to benefit from a change in clinical management.
Have accurate, real-time data at your fingertips to aid decision making.

CDRC Precision digital resources are developed by clinicians in the North East of England, working on existing clinical IT systems (SystmOne and EMIS) and are quality assured by NECS.

Who is CDRC Precision for?

Health Care Professionals (HCPs) who work in general practice (GPs), primary and community care who use SystmOne and EMIS clinical IT systems who want ready to use resources to improve individual patient health and population health.

NHS primary, secondary, community and mental health trusts who use SystmOne and EMIS clinical IT systems who want to encourage a culture of collaboration, sharing and less silo working.

How does CDRC Precision work?

Dynamic templates help guide and prompt clinical management in line with current best practice.
Contextual alerts & patient status icons identify clinical need at individual patient level
powerful searches identify groups of patients who may benefit from a change in clinical management.
Standardised regional referral information and letters are included, to improve communication, patient care and referral pathways.

Why use CDRC Precision?

For GPs or HCPs – have access to standardised and clinically reviewed templates, alerts and referral information to help support safe, effective and individualised patient care.

At practice or unit level – have more accurate data for QOF and QASI reporting and may even improve your scores (and income).

At CCG level – proactively search clinical IT systems at population level for specific parameters. This helps clean up disease registers and identify areas or conditions that need attention.

We can ‘regionalise’ resources upon request and can provide demos of the digital resources in action.

All CDRC Precision digital resources are hazard reviewed by NECS data quality team for safety and accuracy and are fully funded for clinicians using SystmOne or EMIS. We have developed clear guidelines for all resources.

CDRC Precision digital resources are designed and developed in the North East and North Cumbria by local clinicians. Their work is supported by NHS England, North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) and the Academic Health Science Network for the North East and North Cumbria (AHSN NENC).
