Accessing CDRC resources on SystmOne
To access the below resources you will need to be a member of the DCS group on SystmOne. To do this, please follow the instructions on the CDRC SystmOne Access webpage.

Acute Otitis Media
How to Access:
With the Patient record retrieved, in the lower left hand corner there is a search bar, type in ‘Acute Otitis Media – CDRC’ and select the following template:
Alternatively, press F12 and type in ‘Acute Otitis Media – CDRC’ in the search bar, this will return the aforementioned template.
Acute Otitis Media Template
The Acute Otitis Media template can be used as a stand-alone template to record a complete consultation or simply as a reference point.
There are links to allow screening for serious illness in children, sepsis, patient and parental smoking.
There are links to further guidance and PILs to give to patients.

How to Access:

Sore Throat
How to Access:

Sore Throat Template
The Sore Throat template can be used as a stand-alone template to record a complete consultation, as a template to calculate a Centor score or simply as a reference point.
There are links to screen for sepsis and serious illness in young children.
