Primary Care

The Clinical Digital Resource Collaborative (CDRC) provides a comprehensive suite of clinically validated digital tools that help primary care teams deliver safer, more efficient, and more consistent patient care. Our resources integrate directly into EMIS Web and TPP SystmOne, supporting workflows at practice, PCN and ICB levels.

Whether you need to improve population health management, accelerate contract delivery, enhance safety, or streamline clinical processes, CDRC offers practical, easy‑to‑implement solutions — all free at the point of use.

CDRC develops resources directly within TPP SystmOne and EMIS Web and as such are confined to the capabilities of the respective clinical systems, these resources include:

Population Reporting

Identify patients with uncoded or mis-coded diagnoses, requiring review, monitoring or optimisation of LTC management.

Clinical Templates

Structured, clinically aligned templates to support accurate assessment and consistent coding.

Patient Status Alerts / Icons

Clear alerts within the patient record to draw attention to critical information to increase patient safety at the point of care.

Localised Referral Forms

Validated regional referral forms that automatically populate with key patient information; reducing admin burden while improving referral accuracy.

Visualisations

Presentation of high-valued clinical information on a single screen to support more effective population health management.

Hazard Reviewed

Every CDRC resource is hazard-reviewed by NECS to ensure patient safety and provides confidence to clinicians and systems leaders alike.

Benefits to you:

Improved Quality & Safety

CDRC helps identify incorrectly coded or undiagnosed patients and provides safety‑assessed, hazard‑reviewed tools to support accurate, safe clinical care.

Time & Cost Savings

Pre‑built, validated templates, searches, and referral tools save significant clinical time and prevent duplication of effort across practices and PCNs.

Improved Performance & Income

Real‑time searches and dashboards help practices proactively meet QoF and other contract targets, maximising income opportunities.

Flexible, Free at the Point of Use Resources

Resources are free to use and can be implemented selectively, allowing practices, PCNs, and ICBs to choose what suits their workflow.

Enhanced Workflow & Integration

Integrates directly into EMIS and SystmOne with dynamic templates, alerts, status icons, and standardised referral forms for smoother, more consistent care.

CDRC Commercial

The CDRC Commercial Offer extends our proven NHS‑owned clinical resource model to provide advanced data insights, case‑finding opportunities and scalable population‑health solutions to organisations operating across larger footprints.

Built on the same foundations of clinical quality, safety and data integrity that underpin all CDRC resources, our commercial services empower systems, partners and organisations to improve care outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and governance.
