To support the NHSE Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag (RADF), CDRC have resources available to identify and record reasonable adjustments of your patients to ensure services are accessible to people with disabilities as they are for everyone else.
The resources on this webpage have been developed by NCIC PRIMIS Informatics. With permission from NCIC PRIMIS Informatics, CDRC is pleased to make these resources available to North-East Practices via the CBC Health Publishing Unit.

Accessing the Resources
To access these resources, your organisation must have the relevant Resource Publisher sharing agreement in place.
Practices in the North-East England may already have the required sharing agreement available.
If your practice is not located in one of the areas listed above, please email CDRC with your organisation name and EMIS Organisation ID: contact-cdrc@healthinnovationnenc.org.uk
For practices based in North Cumbria, this resources will be available you via the NCIC PRMIS Informatics Team.

Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag Video Demonstration & Guidance

Reasonable Adjustment Protocol
Once the protocol has been activated, there are two alerts that will show when the patients record has been retrieved.
- The first alert, will ‘pop-up’ on your screen and highlight that this patient has a Reasonable Adjustment.
- the second alert, will be located within the QoF box in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. if you hover over this alert, more information will be provided.

this template will highlight key information relating to RADF and also allow you to update and add specific coding in relation to RA.
