Dr. Gareth Forbes
CDRC Co-Founder
Dr. Forbes is a GP partner at a busy North East General Practice, Director of Derwentside Healthcare GP Federation & is the Informatics Lead for Primary Care Research in the North East and North Cumbria.
Regarding CDRC his key objectives are to:
Help bridge the gap between guideline production and implementation, whilst respecting the need for individual and integrated patient care.
Maximise the use of IT resources to improve patient care, safety and experience, improve NHS staff experience and improve efficiency.

Dr. Jonathon Harness
CDRC Co-Founder
Dr. Harness is a GP partner at Glenpark Medical Practice & Chief Clinical Information Officer for Newcastle Gateshead CCG. Dr. Harness currently chairs the CDRC, acting as its Clinical Safety Officer. His primary interest is in EMIS Web and in information transfer.
